I spent my high school years writing for The Buffalo News NeXt. The News issued a “Call for Writers,” inviting area teens to apply to become correspondents for this weekly paper. After submitting my application and writing samples, I became a correspondent my sophomore, junior, and senior years.

Today, 15 years later, I’m proud of this portfolio of work that captures my humble beginnings in the communications world.
